A. WITHDRAWAL

The customer has twenty-four (24) hours from the reception of the package to inform Wagenparts.com of its decision to withdraw by sending a message, with the specific web form or by e-mail, or by any other effective and unambiguous means. 

Customer must forward the pieces within a maximum period of five (5) days from the communication of its decision to withdraw.

Thus, the returned products must reach compulsorily Wagenparts.com:

• before the expiration of the above-mentioned period,

• complete and in its original packaging,

• in commercialization status (ie particularly in perfect working order, clean, unworn, undamaged).

Articles forwarded to Wagenparts.com degraded / broken / worn-out / marked by improper handling or assembly not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications or with an insufficiently protective packaging during transport will be rejected. These returned and rejected items will not generate a refund. Customer will be informed by e-mail of the rejection and the reasons for this rejection. Within three (3) days after receipt of that e-mail, the customer has the opportunity to make known to Wagenparts.com, by e-mail or by phone, if he wants to recover the rejected article. 

All expedition and shipping costs, will be charged to the customer. 

Specific restrictions to the right of withdrawal:

In the case of Automobile articles these should be sent to Wagenparts.com under unopened package.

Oils and cleaning products can not be returned once opened.

REFUND CONDITIONS

The exercise of the right of withdrawal under appropriate conditions (see above), gives places to refund once the order has come back to Wagenparts.com. 

If the returned items are accepted by Wagenparts.com, we will proceed to refund the invoiced prices of the returned parts. In no circumstances we shall reimburse the delivery costs.

Repayment period:

The refund will be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the product at Wagenparts.com, subject to acceptance of the product (see above). 

B. RETURN OF MERCHANDISE A WAGENPARTS.COM 

Wagenparts.com offers its customers the opportunity to return the purchased items fifteen (15) working days, under the conditions described below. This period runs from the date of delivery of the order.

 

 

HOW TO PROCEED TO RETURN NEW PARTS

Returned products must come obligatorily to Wagenparts.com:

• before the expiration of the above-mentioned period,

• new,

• complete,

• and in its original and undamaged packaging.
